Saving an Automated Message as a template allows you to use the email or SMS in a new campaign. This way you do not need to retype the message again and it is saved inside LeadsTunnel for you.
Automated Email
To save an Automated Email as a template:
- Go to the Automated Messages tab inside Campaign Settings.
- After clicking the Enable Email Automation box, fill out the Subject Line, Sender's Email and Email Content.
- Click on the "Save As Template" button.
- In the pop-up window, enter in the name of the template for future reference.
- Click on "Save".
- The next time you want to use the template, click on the Template drop-down menu and select the desired template.
Automated SMS
To save an Automated SMS as a template:
- Go to the Automated Messages tab inside Campaign Settings.
- After clicking the Enable SMS Automation box, enter in the SMS message content.
- Click on the "Save As Template" button.
- In the pop-up window, enter in the name of the template for future reference.
- Click on "Save".
- The next time you want to use the template, click on the Template drop-down menu and select the desired template.
Alternatively, you can also create templates through our "Template Manager" and edit the templates anytime for future use.
