Yes, LeadsTunnel does have a comment feature.  You can add a comment to a lead by following the steps below:

1. Log into your LeadsTunnel account.
2. On the left navigation menu, click on "+" besides "Conversations" to search for the lead you wish to add in a note to.
3. You will then be redirect to a page which shows you the Lead's Details and conversation history.
4. Then, click on the pencil icon under the conversation.
5. In the comment box section, add in a desire comment.
6. Finally, click "Add" to save your comment.
