With LeadsTunnel, you can setup email or SMS instant notification to get updates on your newly generated leads so you can contact them immediately.
To set up email notification:
Log into your LeadsTunnel Account.
On the left navigation menu, where it shows your account email address, click to expand the drop down menu.
Click on "Account".
Under "Notification", check the box besides "Email".
Enter in the email address you wish to receive the notification with.
Finally, click "Save".
To set up SMS Notification:
Log into your LeadsTunnel Account.
On the top right corner, click on the downward arrow besides "Account" to expand the drop down menu.
Click on "Settings".
Under "Notifications", check the box besides "SMS".
Enter in your area code and phone number that you wish to receive SMS notification with.
Finally, click "Save".
For Business Plan users, there is a "Global" switch for both email & sms in the admin account. Global email & sms must be enabled in admin account in order for the team to have email & email notifications.
Note: SMS Notification is only supported for certain countries. To see a full list of supported countries, please visit this article.
Please also note that SMS Notification will be counted towards your SMS usage billing. The pricing will be calculated based on the location of the SMS phone number you have entered according to Twilio's pricing rounded to the nearest cent.
If you do not wished to be charged for SMS notification, please uncheck the box next to SMS under Notifications.
Depending on the nature of your business, you may not find SMS notification beneficial to you. For instance, if you're a digital publishing business running a free book opt-in campaign, or a local business running a discount opt-in campaign, you may be getting a high lead volume. You probably don't want to receive a SMS text each time you receive an opt-in and you probably don't need to follow up with these leads right away.
Businesses such as real estate or automotive salesman for instance may want to consider enabling SMS notification so that each time a lead is generated, you follow up immediately while the lead is still highly interested in your offer.
